**As of NOW, I will be doing things a lot differently!**

*I am longer accepting pet portraits

*My mock ups are no longer free, deposit required prior to any work and painting being done

*25% down for small to medium canvas paintings

*50% down for large canvas paintings

*I am now only giving up to 2 weeks for responses and down payments, otherwise your slot will be given to the next in line. 

*Full balance is to be paid prior to delivery
