Custom Commission Application

Please allow up to 7 days for a response. If your application is approved, I will attach an invoice with a quote of the total and a request for the nonrefundable deposit . If I do not hear back within 2 weeks, I will assume you are no longer interested and your spot will be given to the next customer.

As of 11/1/2021, I will no longer be accepting pet portraits, however I would love to create your very own dreamscape, or recreate your favorite sea/landscape photo!

Custom commission application questions:

-How did you discover my work? (Ex. Facebook, Instagram, from a friend...)

-Is there a specific deadline you need your painting delivered by? (Ex. Holiday, birthday...)

-What dimensions would like your canvas artwork to be?

 (Not sure about dimensions? If you have masking or painters tape on hand, use the tape to outline the wall space you wish you hang your painting and measure in inches. If you do not have those supplies on hand, feel free to attach a photo of the wall you wish to hang your painting. Please include as many objects or pieces of furniture in your photo for size reference)

-What color/s would like to stand out the most in your custom painting?

-If any, which color/s would you like the least of?

-From my work that you have viewed, which painting are you drawn to the most? Why?

-Are there any constraints or special requirements for your custom painting?

-Is there a specific mood you would like your custom painting to convey?

-How involved would you like to be in the process? How often would you like to be updated on progress?

-Do you have any questions or concerns?

*Please attach any reference photos, color palettes, room color schemes, inspiration.

*Please understand that is illegal for me to recreate copyrighted images or another artist's work. Feel free to include these photos for inspiration, however understand I cannot copy them.


I currently charge a minimum of $1.00 per square inch, so for example- the minimum for a standard, 8inx10in canvas, would start at $80 plus taxes and shipping costs.

For small to medium canvases, I now require a 25% nonrefundable deposit, and 50% for large canvases. Deposit must be cleared before I begin any mock ups (as of 10/25/2021, my mock ups are no longer free). Full payment including any shipping costs must be cleared prior to delivery. Feel free to email me if you would like to discuss payment plan options.

Completion times vary and depend on several different factors. Please answer all of the application questions as thoroughly as possible for me to give an accurate quote and time estimate.
